DAMALE Schools Katsina proudly participated in the 2026 National Children’s Day Celebration organized by the Department of Girl Child Education and Child Development in collaboration with the International Rescue Committee (IRC).
The event was held on Monday, 25th May 2026 at the Banquet Hall, Mamman Barda House, Old Government House, Katsina.
Our school was honored to be among the selected schools invited to participate in the educational activities, games, and debate competition.
The programme aimed at promoting child development, equal learning opportunities, and inclusive education practices among students across Katsina State.
We are delighted to announce that DAMALE Schools Katsina emerged as the
SECOND BEST
school during the debate competition after an outstanding performance by our students.
The students were awarded a prize and a token of ₦10,000 for their success.
This remarkable achievement reflects the hard work, confidence, discipline, and academic excellence of our students as well as the dedication of our teachers and management staff.
The management of DAMALE Schools Katsina sincerely appreciates the organizers — the Department of Girl Child Education and Child Development and IRC (International Rescue Committee) — for creating such a valuable platform that encourages learning, public speaking, critical thinking, and child development.

We congratulate our students for making the school proud and encourage them to continue striving for excellence in academics and leadership.
Congratulations to Team DAMALE!
